In the right hand corner of your computer, expand the up arrow to display running programs and right click on Norton, and hit Open My Norton.
Go to Security > Advanced Security
Scroll down to Safe Web and click
Go to Exclusion tab and hit Add Exclusion.
Then add the website premium.fastmailserver.com and it will automatically add both http and https as shown below
